With training starting up again for the new season, we'd like to invite any parents or any former players out there to step up and help us with underage sessions. From setting up & collecting equipment to helping run drills and skills routines, any help will be appreciated. We will be running Foundation and Level 1 courses in the near future for anyone who would like to make a move into coaching as well. If you would be interested, contact Ryan or Ciaran ASAP.
